Terms of Service
Template – set LEGAL_NAME, LEGAL_ADDRESS, SUPPORT_EMAIL and GRIEVANCE_OFFICER / GRIEVANCE_EMAIL, and have this reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.
These terms are an agreement between your company and LeadIQ for the use of LeadIQ.
The service
LeadIQ provides software to capture business contacts, enrich them with AI and manage follow-ups. Plans, allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page.
Accounts
Accounts are for businesses. You must use a work email and a mobile number you control. The account owner is responsible for the users they add.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Allowances (cards, AI research, AI calls) reset each billing month and do not roll over. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Acceptable use
- Only scan cards and contact people you have met or who shared their details with you.
- Follow applicable laws for emails and calls, including anti-spam rules and telemarketing regulations (e.g. TRAI/DND rules in India). AI calls are placed only after your rep approves them, and only between 9 AM and 9 PM India time.
- Send WhatsApp messages only to prospects who agreed to receive them.
- Don't misuse AI research or use it to harass or profile individuals.
AI output
AI-generated research, scores and drafts may contain errors. Review them before acting.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
