This policy explains how LeadIQ ("we") handles personal data in LeadIQ, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, mobile number and company name of LeadIQ users.
- Lead data: visiting-card and QR-code images captured by our customers' sales teams, the contact details read from them, ratings, notes and AI-generated research.
- Usage data: sign-in times, features used and AI usage, for billing and security.
How we use it
To provide the service: reading cards with AI, scoring and researching leads, sending follow-up emails on our customers' behalf, placing AI calls that a customer's sales rep approves, billing and support. AI research uses publicly available professional information only.
Processors
We use trusted processors for AI services, payments (Razorpay), email and SMS delivery, voice calls and hosting. They process data only to provide their service to us. A list of our processors is available on request.
Prospects' choices
Every follow-up email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. WhatsApp follow-ups are only sent to prospects who agreed to them when they met the sales rep. Prospects can ask the customer who met them, or us, to access, correct or delete their data.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit; API keys and CRM credentials are encrypted at rest; each customer's data is isolated. Customers can export or delete leads at any time, and the account owner can delete the whole company account from Settings, which erases its data immediately. Payment records are kept as required by tax law.
